AN IDEA OF THE PRESENT ADMINISTRATIVE SCENARIO OF BANGLADESH
An article on “AN IDEA ON PRESENT ADMINISTRATIVE SCENARIO OF BANGLADESH” has been written by Mr. Tapan Kumar Das, skill development officer of MIES R M Law College, which is an excellent law college in Bengal. MIES R M Law College is one of the best law schools in West Bengal, situated at Sonarpur, South Kolkata. MIES R M Law College, Kolkata has completed many years of its glorious journey in law education. It is one of India’s best legal education providers. MIES R M Law College is one of the topmost Law Colleges in West Bengal under Vidyasagar University, and approved by the Bar Council of India
Religious intolerance and mindless & unjustified political power in Bangladesh caused unspeakable and inhuman harassment and brutal torture of the minority Sanatani Hindus, ISKCON, and other minority classes.
We all know that any good religion preaches teaches, and spreads love, unselfishness, impartiality, equality, unity, brotherhood, peace, compassion and empathy, communal harmony, and tolerance. But we observe now that under the present rule of Dr. Yunus, there is at all no trace and sign of democratic principle, and the values of humanity being shattered in public life & prevails a rampant communal disharmony very badly affecting the Hindu Sanatanis there in terms of physical assault, rape, looting and destructing their lives & properties.
It is undoubtedly a barbarous cruelty – and needs to be reversed immediately by the UNO or any powerful interference from outside to destroy & put off this evil power totally till normalcy prevails back in public life there as fast as possible since such a situation can not be allowed to run & escalate anymore. Besides, the case of ISKCON and arresting the innocent godly monks is the worst type of injustice. Such atrocities & misuse of power are completely an inhuman nuisance & stupidity that need to be uprooted and removed immediately is a big question to world humanity.
What are the causes of unrest, violence, and brutalities in Bangladesh & what Bangladesh must do in the face of intolerant religious violence?
Today evils have been extremely disgraceful and grievous. Intolerable and lethal acts resulting in horror, disregarding law and order in public life in Bangladesh. The Jihadi Islamists with fundamental attitudes and emotions commit & carrying out brutal tortures and inhuman violence rampantly in Bangladesh particularly on the minority Sanatani Hindus regardless of men or women, minor, boys & girls.
The present Head of Administration Dr. Yunus under his interim governance over the last 4 months, simply failed to restore normalcy & peace & security in public life. Besides, the atrocities and tortures thrust upon the marginalized groups particularly the Hindu community there, have gone beyond human tolerance and all limits of civility.
PRESENT ADMINISTRATIVE SCENARIO OF BANGLADESH
The country is faced with high inflation, high prices of daily essentials, extreme unemployment problems, insufficient agricultural produce, lawlessness, rampant corruption in every sphere of administration, dearth of qualitative education, religious dogmas, and fundamental Islamic attitude of the major Islamist population & hatred against the minority communities are the major causes of biased religious unrest, violence, and intolerance.
Such fundamental outlook and the policy of the present governance in Bangladesh need to be changed, transformed, and directed in the light of democratic principles, secular outlook, handling people’s problems righteously & impartially, controlling inflation & prices of the daily essentials affordable to general masses, generating maximum possible employment to the educated youths, arranging vocational training to the unemployed population at minimum affordable fees helpful to self-employment, etc &, etc.
“Religion without Science is Ineffective and Science without Religion is legless” so religious means truthfully righteousness in self-governance and doing justice to all others in the human society.
India’s response and reaction regarding the present ADMINISTRATIVE SCENARIO OF BANGLADESH
Indian Government is well-known worldwide for keeping high respect and love for liberal democratic ideals & principles & humanistic order. Hence Prime Minister Sri Modi had made it clear to Bangladesh’s Interim Regime that Bangladesh ought to maintain strictly its law and order so that in no way the Hindu marginalized groups or any other community there is repressed & tortured so that the masses can live in peace & security.
Present Bangladesh & its unrest and political and political turmoil and vandalism.
Wherever the virtues of civilization in a country are scattered, the anti-humanistic spirit rises its ugly head & in a natural way civilization or humanity in there perishes. This trend is now more evident and manifesting in Bangladesh. But the main cause underlying the present socio-political turmoil in Bangladesh is the backwardness of her people in their social, political, and intellectual condition which is the ground reality happening into its present barbaric, uncivilized, and undemocratic vandalism resulting in destroying and destructing the lives and properties of the minority Hindu Sanatanis there.
The acute want of naturalism in the basic education system in Bangladesh was raised by Islamic fundamentalism/ dogmatism crippling equality in the social and democratic frame in Bangladesh.
Naturalism in the education system mainly denotes the goal of education which is to ensure every individual’s self-expression & self-preservation regardless of any religious differences, class, or faith, where every person or citizen will have equal opportunity and freedom to develop his or her inner & outer powers both physical & mental, in a natural way undisturbed of any social, political or religious intolerance. But, in the case of Bangladesh, due to want of this liberal & common & uniformity both in educational & social system, conservative & partial public mentality persistently gives birth to all sorts of unvirtuous acts and brutal activities fueled by the so-called Islamists & Jihadi groups.
So far as focused in the local newspapers, TV channels, and other secular media agencies it seems the Head of Bangladesh Administration on, Dr. Yunus’s evil design to root out the existence of the marginalized groups Hindus – is a crime to humanity as envisaged from the prevalent and frequent heinous acts and tortures on the marginalized groups Hindu there.
The bulk of the refugees from the then East Pakistan came to India after the Pakistani Army’s crackdown in 1971 & the majority of them did not return to Independent Bangladesh at that time.
Population demography update – on PRESENT ADMINISTRATIVE SCENARIO OF BANGLADESH
At the time of Bangladesh’s Independence, the Hindu population in that country was only 23% but by 2022[fact 1], it had struck just 8%. This sharp decline in the Hindu population in Bangladesh has still been forced upon the minority Hindus either by killing them or pressing them to be shifted to India by the threat of death.
Recently on August 5 Hasina’s Govt. was overturned by the student powerful movement & 4 months already passed, and Dr. Yunus has been failing to take any drastic steps to ensure de-escalation or stop the tortures & cruelties on the Hindu marginalized groups there – is a very big question.
India’s or Indian Govt’s role concerning the ongoing religious & racial vandalism & hatred against the Hindu marginalized groups in Bangladesh – PRESENT ADMINISTRATIVE SCENARIO OF BANGLADESH
Under Dr. Yunus’s administration as focused in his 4 months of interim administration the marginalized groups of Sanatani Hindus, irrespective of age & sex, are being brutally tortured physically & mentally as well as looting their houses & killing mercilessly.
Indian government with its wise and high diplomatic dexterity seems to be somewhat indecisive for the moment in taking any rude action against the prevalent atrocities and tortures on the minority Hindus there by the Islamist fundamentalists thugs and groups though India has the power & ability to instantly erase out at once evil design of the Yunus Government & what can be solved soon rather diplomatically by the strongest force of the UNO or the powerful fringes – painting of the greatest powerful leaders of the world say first by the US & UK & other Indian Allies together.
Messiah of wisdom of any good government of any good country.
Any good government of any good country must provide a proper and unbiased & impartial system of education & teaching to its pupils like a sense of honesty, aim & prosperity, unity, integrity, dutifulness, brotherhood, equality, and other human qualities and principles as well as respect to other religions, so it should be the priority to every government of any good country to educate and train their children from the beginning through such an education system so that none becomes unvirtuous & unrighteous person. It is possible indeed, if the country is a democratic one where children, men & women will have the freedom to educate their souls as the most spirited ones to build their own lives in succession with the spirit of love, equanimity, compassion, peace & unity.
Bangladesh badly needs to value the high principles of ideal democracy to keep it ideally going up to progression – PRESENT ADMINISTRATIVE SCENARIO OF BANGLADESH
It is an ever-perennial truth and an ever-undecaying fact that democracy or democratic principles have earned the widest popularity adjustable and adaptable by each & every country of the world and India is the biggest example as a biggest democratic country, then why not this happen in case of Bangladesh now? Why the people are being misled into an Islamic type of fundamental government knowing that it will raise communal unrest and disturbances & again & again shall distort and break the stable & peaceful social frame of the country? It was already running soundly & developing with its secular democratic principles over the bygone years exemplified by the ideal democratic principles.
It seems Bangladesh going to be purely an Islamic state & India’s say about this (From sources of information from newspapers like the Times Of India and News of secular TV channels)
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has finally made it clear to Bangladesh that the continuous harassment and persecution of Hindus in Bangladesh during the last 4 months is very much India’s business too. At the same time, India has more or less closed its borders & tightened its VISA to prevent another Hindu exodus to West Bengal, Assam & Tripura.
India has made it clear to them that India wants the Hindus of Bangladesh to fight for their rights within.
Sri Modi said, although unpopular with domestic hotheads, a more viable option is to exercise patience and allow the political & economic crisis confronting Bangladesh to come to a stand.
But India must put pressure on the State Department and Intelligence Agencies in the USA to clean up Dr. Yunus, as he created in the guise of restoring democracy. India must make it clear that it cannot countenance a regressive & hostile Islamist Regime on its eastern borders. How the cleaning should happen need not be the subject of public debate.
It seems from the nature & symptoms of the Interim Regime Administration in the present Bangladesh & prevalent activities of the major Islamist population there that it might be constituted as an Islamist Country in near future & may create a constant and rampant disturbance on the eastern borders of India.
LEADERS MORALITY IN A POOR COUNTRY
The leaders in a poor country extremely need strong morality and a broadened but compassionate mentality for the well-being & development of its people & the country itself.
Human morality beginning from childhood till to the growing end needs to be properly and perfectly humanized through a proper system of scientific as well as value education particularly in every poor, underdeveloped & developing country along with the teaching of democratic knowledge, principles & values so that the people are well-grown & matured & be able to tackle all problems of their own & of others too. In them should have a sound self & soul spirit of brotherhood, self-freedom, tolerance, cooperation, self-introspection, self-confidence, righteousness, sense of equanimity, fraternity, piety, unselfishness, restrain, truthfulness, honesty, mutual respect, philanthropy, love for the elders & the society & the country they live in.
Adverse economic effect in Central Kolkata’s hoteliers and shop keepers business due to the absence of Bangladeshi visitors/tourists.
Recently a report issued by the Executive committee member of the Calcutta Hotels and Restaurants Owners Association states that over 100 hotels and more than 3000 shops within 2 sq km in Central Kolkata especially of Marquis Street and Sudar Street have abruptly lost and losing their business being gone down to 70% to 80% due to absence of Bangladeshi guests, visitors and customers who used to come across from Bangladesh preceding to Sheik Hasina’s departure from power being overturned by the sudden students movement under Dr. Yunus Regime.
