A Moot Court is a fixed place for a law student for discussion of a hypothetical legal case. Especially as a form of academic exercise. Therefore, a committee is entrusted with conducting moot court competitions. Both intra-college and inter-college.
It is an extracurricular activity in which participants take part in an imaginary simulated court proceeding. Moreover, which usually involves drafting briefs. And cross-examination capability of the participants in oral arguments. At our College (3 year llb degree college in West Bengal) we take special care for this particular segment.
