Keeping in view this doctrine as enshrined in the pithy saying above, , the indisputable leader, an icon of the existing Competitive Training Institutes in West Bengal, nay, India and conspicuously known for furthering the cause of education, has, of late, ventured into its ambitious project of spreading legal education, with the establishment of R. M. Law College affiliated to Vidyasagar University.

The college aims to establish a professional college of excellence and relevance to impart world-class grooming in law through knowledge pioneering scholarship, research and teaching and improve the lives of millions through growth, prosperity and sustainable physical environment through legal education.
ABOUT NATIONAL SEMINAR
The Seminar aims to provide a national platform for scholars to assemble,and share their research on several prominent issues which has emerged in the 21st century concerned with the Right to Education Act, 2009. The Seminar will provide an opportunity of interaction for academics, researchers,law enforcement personnel, prosecutors, judges and policy makers from around the globe regarding their point of views on various issues regarding the topic of the seminar. The plenary sessions of the seminar will include lectures by notable experts in the field. The seminar will also provide an opportunity for young and senior scholars to network, share knowledge and keep track of the current trends and concerns in thefield of criminal law.
THEMES OF THE NATIONAL SEMINAR
The broad themes for the National Seminar will be :-
- Constitutional validity of The Right to Education Act, 2009.
- Right to Education as a Fundamental Right.
- Role of Judiciary on Right to Education in India.
- International Efforts on Right to Education.
- Implementation of various schemes and policies ancillary to Right to Education Act, 2009.
- Role of Non- Governmental Organisations and various Non-Profitable Organisations on supporting Right to Education.
RULES FOR SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
The rules for submission of papers for the National Seminar are as follows:-
- Authors interested to present their paper at the seminar are requested to submitan abstract between 250-300 words with 5-6 keynotes briefly highlighting about the content and aim of the full paper. The abstract shall be submitted in Times New Roman style having 12 font size and line spacing of 1.5 and heading with Times New Roman style having 14 font size.A Panel of Experts will select the potential papers from theabstracts received.
- The full paper shall be within 3000-4000 words excluding the footnotes. The full paper shall be submitted in Times New Roman style having 12 font size and line spacing of 1.5 and the footnotes shall be of Times New Roman style having 10 font size and line spacing of 1.0. The authors are to follow Indian Law Institute Standard Citation while writing the full paper.
- The author must ensure that the manuscript provided for this seminar shall be their original work and that it has previously not been submitted or presented elsewhere for publication. If it is found out that the above mentioned two conditions are violated then the concerned paper shall be rejected on the ground of plagarism.
- From the submitted full papers a Panel of Experts will select potential papers which will be published in a reputed law journal bearing ISSN number.
- The authors are requested to submit their full paper only within the different themes of the National Seminar.
- The authors are requested to submit both the abstract and full paper to uttoronmies@gmail.com.

REGISTRATION DETAILS
- The Registration fees for the participants of the national seminar who are willing to submit full-paper is Rs 500/- only.
- The last date for Registration is, 9th March2020.
- Spot Registration is provided but it is subject to availability.
- The Registration fees for the participants of the national seminar in case of Spot Registration is Rs 600/- only.
- Registration fee will cover the refreshments on the day of the Seminar. Kindly note that organizer will not be providing accommodation for theparticipants for this National Seminar.
