It can be characterized as a smart machine that can think, comprehend, and act independently, as well as mimic certain human behaviours. Consequently, Artificial Intelligence is a system endowed with the capability to address problems that humans would usually resolve using their innate intelligence. To elaborate, the objective of AI development is to fulfill the demand for and aspiration towards automation in the rapidly evolving landscape of human life. Artificial intelligence (AI) is presently employed to handle both routine and complex tasks.

Sometimes, when we sit quietly and think about the future, we realize — we are already walking into a world shaped by Artificial Intelligence (AI). Robotic soldiers and AI-powered vehicles that can even operate in dangerous zones without risking human lives.
Nevertheless, facial recognition and threat detection systems are used to find terrorists in crowds.

Therefore, Al is present to provide a facilitative tool to judges to recheck or evaluate the work, the process, and the judgments.”

The AI Task Force Report represented the initial phase in India’s framework for Artificial Intelligence, serving as a comprehensive examination of the subject. Moreover, this task force was established by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and is chaired by N. The Task Force articulated its vision as follows: “To integrate AI into our Economic, Political, and Legal thought processes, thereby creating a systematic capability to support India’s ambition of becoming a leader among AI-rich economies.”
