Responsibilities: – Oversee and manage administrative operations of the college/university – Maintain accurate records and files – Assist with basic accounting tasks such as budgeting and financial reporting – Utilize computer skills to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations – Ensure punctuality and professionalism in all tasks – Collaborate with colleagues and staff to achieve common goals – Provide support to students, faculty, and staff as needed – Handle confidential information with discretion – Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field – Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Strong organizational and time management skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Knowledge of basic accounting principles – Familiarity with college/university administrative processes and procedures
